If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in original box never opened.
  • If your order has been customized in any way such as being marked secret (no labels) it can not be returned.
  • Discounted (coupon used) items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • No partial returns (Example: pink and blue ordered and return pink)

  2. Send Tracking Number of your Return
