If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- Returned items must be returned in original box never opened.
- If your order has been customized in any way such as being marked secret (no labels) it can not be returned.
- Discounted (coupon used) items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No partial returns (Example: pink and blue ordered and return pink)
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Your steps should be laid out clearly, linking to relevant pages, such as your online portal.
- Send reply to me @ Tori@poofthereitis.com with your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
- Send Tracking Number of your Return
- Any shipping fees (both ways) the customer will need to pay
- 15% restocking fees the customer will need to pay
