Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under discretionary conditions. See Returns Page for specifics. We do everything in our power to ensure that your products arrive to you in perfect condition. We have designed custom packaging and included elements within the product design to get your items to your safely and securely. 

Refunds  
Refunds are issued under appropriate conditions based on the discretion of the seller. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of time.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank to receive information on your refund status. There is typically a short period required by your bank to process the refund.
Then contact your credit card company- again, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
All items are final sale, as we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Exchanges
We generally do not offer exchanges, but in the case of a damaged or defective item, contact jon@poofthereitis, and we will work with you on an appropriate solution.
